This module considers how new AI tools may bring in new evidence in court rooms settings, how that may challenge our conceptions of admissibility, and challenges participants to apply legal principles in new technology contexts.
Module Details
- Duration: 2 hours
- Structure: Pre-course reading or short videos, interactive exercises (e.g. group discussion, case studies, simulation, scenario-based problem solving), and a reflective component to align with CPD requirements.
- Class Size: Strict limits to ensure a high degree of interactivity and quality (capped at 30 per session for in-person, 50 for online).
