AI Law 101: Fundamentals for Lawyers – What AI is (predictive vs generative), core concepts, realistic capabilities/limits.
AI Law 102: Using Generative AI & Legal Interpretability – Effective prompting, evaluating outputs, spotting failure modes.
AI Law 103: AI and the Court – Evidentiary issues, admissibility, reliability, applying existing principles to new tech.
AI Law 104: AI and the Boardroom – Governance, liability, contractual safeguards, risk registers, mitigation clauses.
AI Law 105: AI vs BS – Cutting through hype; critical evaluation of claims, future landscape.
Structure & Pedagogy
Pre-reading/video micro‑materials + interactive session (discussion, case studies, scenarios, reflective component for CPD). Participant numbers capped for quality.
Delivery & Pricing
- In‑person single module: $250 per participant (max 30)
- Online single module: $200 per participant (max 50)
- Half‑day (2 modules, 4h) / Full‑day (4+ modules, 8h) by negotiation
